Married life, Early struggles, and Divorce:

Prior to her marriage to Belfort, Lombardo worked as a sales agent and also tried her hand in real estate. She met Belfort during the early 1980s and the pair tied the knot in 1985. At the time, Belfort was still struggling with his finances and struggled to make ends meet. He worked as a door-to-door meat and seafood salesman on Long Island, New York. After filing for bankruptcy at the age of 25, Bretton started working as a trainee stockbroker at L.F. Rothschild but lost his job after he was laid off after the Black Monday stock market crash of 1987.

It was around this time that cracks started to appear between Belfort and Lombardo. Belfort eventually founded Stratton Oakmont as a franchise of Stratton Securities and eventually bought the original founder. After registering massive profits in his first year in Oakmont, Belfort adopted a nightly lifestyle and was rarely around his wife. As a result, the small cracks developed into massive rifts, and Lombardo ultimately decided that it was time to call it quits. So, the pair legally divorced in 1991. Since the pair had no children, the divorce settlement was quick and easy on both parties.

Life after:

Following her divorce from Belfort, Lombardo went on to marry Mlady. However, not much is known about her husband and Lombardo has kept the details under wraps. She is not a huge fan of social media and has refrained from using any of the popular media properties.

From 1993 to 2000, Lombardo worked in the sales department of Modern Medical Systems Company. She left the company and joined Home Depot Company as a flooring specialist. At the same time, Lombardo also worked for Smith & Nephew from 2006 to 2008.

In 2010, Lombardo tried to revitalize her career as a real estate agent. After earning her professional license, Lombardo started working as a real estate agent for Prudential Douglas Elliman Company. Over the years, Lombardo has found success professionally and has continued her work as a real estate agent.
